How does the pricing work?
Each plan is a one-time payment that gives you full access for the chosen period (1 month, 6 months, or 1 year). When it expires, you can purchase a new plan to continue. No recurring charges, no auto-renewal.
What is the difference between EasySoldering and EasyMigration?
EasySoldering uses a license key tied to one device. EasyMigration uses account-based access — log in from any PC with your email and password, migrate unlimited PCs. Both are one-time payments.
Can I use EasyMigration on multiple PCs?
You can migrate unlimited PCs during your plan period. However, you can only be logged in on one PC at a time. Logging in on a new PC ends the previous session.
Do you offer team or volume licensing?
Yes. Contact our sales team at info@lavendellab.dev for volume pricing and multi-seat agreements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as iDEAL, via Stripe. Invoices are generated automatically with proper VAT handling for EU businesses.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days after purchase, contact us for a full refund.
