What products does Lavendel Lab offer?
We develop professional desktop tools: EasySoldering (PCB diagnostics and repair), EasyMigration (Windows PC migration), EasyBIOS (BIOS firmware dump analysis), and WinUpgradeDoctor (Windows upgrade and repair automation). All run on Windows 10/11.
What board file formats does EasySoldering support?
EasySoldering supports 13 formats: BRD, BDV, FZ, GR, GenCAD, FAZ, TVW, BVR, BVR3, XZZ, ASC, SAM — including automatic decryption of protected files. PDF and PNG schematics are also supported with OCR indexing.
How does the EasySoldering diagnostic engine work?
The DCEM (Diagnostic Cognitive Engine Model) uses 95+ specialized analysis modules across 5 cognitive levels: observation, hypothesis generation, learning from past repairs, experience matching, and real-time strategy adaptation. It generates evidence-based fault hypotheses and suggests optimal measurement sequences.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes. An internet connection is required for license verification each time you launch the application. The verification is a lightweight check and works on any connection, including mobile hotspots.
What does EasyMigration transfer?
EasyMigration transfers applications (with settings and registry keys), user files (documents, pictures, downloads, desktop), browser profiles (bookmarks, passwords, extensions), email accounts, Wi-Fi passwords, SSH keys, game saves, developer tools, system settings, and more. How does EasyMigration connect two PCs?
Three methods: local network (automatic discovery on same Wi-Fi/Ethernet), USB transfer cable (direct PC-to-PC), or external drive (create migration image, carry to new PC). No cloud upload, no internet required for the transfer itself.
Can I use EasyMigration on multiple PCs?
You can migrate unlimited PCs during your plan period. However, you can only be logged in on one PC at a time (monthly plan). Semi-annual and yearly plans support 3 and 6 concurrent instances respectively.
What happens if a migration fails or gets interrupted?
EasyMigration creates a system restore point before import. If interrupted, you can resume from where it stopped. Every transferred file is verified with SHA-256 checksums. A detailed report shows exactly what was transferred, skipped, or failed.
Licensing & Activation
How does licensing work?
Each product uses a license key in the format ES-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX (or equivalent). After purchase, you receive your key via email. Enter it in the application to activate. Each license allows 1 device activation.
Can I use my license on multiple computers?
Yes. Each license supports 1 device activation. You can manage and deactivate devices from your account portal at any time.
What happens after I buy a license?
After a one-time payment, your license is activated immediately. You get access for the selected period (monthly, semi-annual, or yearly). No recurring charges — when it expires, you choose whether to renew.
How do updates work?
Updates are included with your license. The application checks for updates on launch (when online) and can be updated with one click. You can also download the latest version from your account.
Technical
What operating systems are supported?
Windows 10 and Windows 11 (64-bit). All applications are built on .NET 8, which is bundled in the portable executable — no runtime installation needed.
How do I install the software?
There is no installation. Each application is a single portable .exe file. Download it, double-click to run, and enter your license key. No installer, no setup wizard, no dependencies.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All processing happens locally on your machine. No files or data are uploaded to external servers. Our applications are GDPR compliant by design — we are an EU-based company (The Netherlands).
What languages are supported?
EasySoldering supports English, Ukrainian, and Dutch with instant language switching. Language support for other products will be documented on their respective pages.
